Perfect for hand dipping chocolates - both sides of our heavy weight dipping paper are plastic coated & will always lie flat. Using traditional waxed paper, the bottom of the chocolates will be dull & edges tend to curl up.

Strawberry Shortstacks Recipe
We all thought it was impossible: a chocolate creation better than a chocolate covered strawberry. But alas, then we tasted a new invention: the Strawberry Shortstack. Now our lives will never be the same.
Ingredients:
- Graham Crackers
- Fresh Strawberries
- Chocoley Vanilla Cream Center
- Either
- INDULGENCE Ultra Couverture Dipping & Enrobing Chocolate (when tempering)
- Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping & Enrobing Chocolate (when not tempering)
You'll Also Want:
Method:
| 1. | Wash and dry strawberries. Then thinly slice them. |

| 2. | Lay sliced strawberries on a paper towel and cover with a second paper towel to soak up any juices. |

| 3. | Gently warm your Chocoley Vanilla Cream Center to
soften in microwave on low power in 10 second increments. Make sure to
stir frequently. |

| 4. | Spread a layer of Vanilla Cream Center on each graham cracker. |

| 5. | Lay about 3 slices of strawberry on top of the Vanilla Cream. |

| 6. | Melt your favorite flavor of Chocoley chocolate according to directions that came with your chocolate.

| 7. | Dip each graham cracker with Vanilla Cream and strawberries into melted chocolate. (Make sure to coat well. If it is not completely coated then they can leak strawberry juice). |

| 8. | Place on heavy weight dipping sheet lined tray in fridge until set.
OPTIONAL: Decorate with Drizzle & Design Chocolate
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. NOTE: This creation only has about a 1 day shelf life. |
