Perfect Cream Mousse

The easiest gourmet chocolate mousse recipe in the world!

It only takes three ingredients, and a few minutes, and voila, incredible creamy chocolate mousse! Best of all, you don't even need to measure the ingredients...just mix it the way you like it!

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Pour heavy whipping cream in a bowl and use an electric mixer to whip until the cream begins to form soft peaks.
2. Set aside a small amount of whipped cream to use as topping on your finished mousse.
3. Add CocoaLava Chocolate to taste and continue to mix until fully mixed into the whipped cream.
4. Add a small amount of confectioners sugar to the reserved whipped cream that does not have chocolate, to slightly sweeten. 
5. Serve topped with a dollop of the extra whipped cream and drizzled with additional CocoaLava Chocolate.
