Layered Chocolate
Ice Cream Pie
This delicious ice cream pie will be the hit of your dessert
table. Pin It
Ingredients:
- CocoaLava Chocolate
- Your favorite ice cream
- Whipped Cream
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust (store bought, if you're like us!)
Method:
| 1. | Allow ice cream to soften at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. |
| 2. | Spread softened ice cream into graham cracker crust. Fill crust about halfway. |
| 3. | Place half filled pie in freezer to harden for
about 15 minutes. Place remaining ice cream in the refrigerator
during this time. |
| 4. | Mix CocoaLava Gourmet Liquid Chocolate with whipped cream
and some softened ice cream and pour a layer on top of the base
layer of ice cream. |
| 5. | Drizzle with CocoaLava Gourmet Liquid Chocolate |
| 6. | Return to freezer to harden. |
