Raspberry Chocolate Heart Shots Recipe
These delicious bite-sized chocolate raspberry treats are a fun and flavorful gift for your sweetheart on Valentine's Day or any day of the year!
- 12 oz Chocoley Dark Chocolate, Choose Between:
- 1 tub Chocoley Raspberry Cream
- Plastic Sheet Mold: Small Liquor Cup
- Drizzle & Design White Chocolate
How To Make:
Melt or temper Chocoley Chocolate according to the instructions.
|2.||Pour the melted chocolate into the mold until it reaches the top. Then tap the mold a few times on the counter to get the air bubbles out.|
|3.||Turn the mold upside-down over a bowl to let most of the chocolate drain out, leaving a thin coating of chocolate over all sides of the mold cavity.|
Place the mold in the refrigerator until set.
Melt the Raspberry Cream Center in the microwave on half power for 15 second intervals until soft.
Remove mold from the refrigerator. Turn mold upside down to remove the shots. Do this carefully so that they don't break.
Fill the chocolate cups with Raspberry Cream Center and return to refrigerator until the center has set.
Melt your Drizzle & Design Chocolate According to the instructions that came with your chocolate.
Remove shots from refrigerator and draw a heart on each one with the Drizzle & Design Chocolate. Return to refrigerator until set.
Your chocolate shots are ready to serve! Enjoy!
