Chocoley Fantasy Chocolate Cake Recipe
Indulge in the ultimate chocolate fantasy with this incredibly rich and decadent chocolate cake!
- 2 cups Fair Trade Organic 65% Dark Couverture Chocolate
- 1 box of your favorite chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup warm water
- Chocoley Drizzle & Design Chocolate WHITE
- CocoaLava Gourmet Liquid Chocolate
- 2 cups strawberries, stems removed
|1.||Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
|2.||Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water in a large mixing bowl and stir until uniform.|
|3.||Fold in the Fair Trade Organic Chocolate Chips.|
Pour mixture into a greased or non-stick bundt cake pan.
|5.||Bake for 50-55 minutes. Insert a wooden toothpick to check if the cake is done. If it comes out clean the cake is done.|
|6.||Allow the cake to cool for an hour then flip onto a plate.
Spread the CocoaLava over the top of the cake as a glaze
|8.||Melt the Drizzle & Design Chocolate according to the instructions that came with your chocolate|
|9.||Decorate the cake with Drizzle & Design Chocolate and place Strawberries in the center.|
