Christmas Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe
Make perfect Christmas Walnut Chocolate Fudge in just 5 minutes! This no-thermometer required recipe is sure to impress even the most discerning chocolate fudge lover.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of Chocoley Milk chocolate.
Choose either: - 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method:
| 1. | Lightly butter an 8 x 8" glass baking pan. |
| 2. | In a heavy bottomed 2 quart saucepan combine the sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter and salt. |
| 3. | Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir constantly. |
| 4. | Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and chocolate. |
| 5. | Stir with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is completely combined. |
| 6. | Add walnuts and stir. |
| 7. | Pour into buttered baking dish. |
| 8. | Cool to room temperature. |
| 9. | Refrigerate until firm. |
