Christmas Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe
Make perfect Christmas Walnut Chocolate Fudge in just 5 minutes! This no-thermometer required recipe is sure to impress even the most discerning chocolate fudge lover.
- 8 oz. of Chocoley Milk chocolate.
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 3/4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter (cubed)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

|1.||Lightly butter an 8 x 8" glass baking pan.|
|2.||In a heavy bottomed 2 quart saucepan combine the sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter and salt.|
|3.||Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir constantly.|
|4.||Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and chocolate.|
|5.||Stir with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is completely combined.|
|6.||Add walnuts and stir.|
|7.||Pour into buttered baking dish.|
|8.||Cool to room temperature.|
|9.||Refrigerate until firm.|
