Unlike grocery store extracts that are diluted with large amounts of alcohol and/or water, LorAnn has captured these wonderful flavors in such an amazing way, that you only need 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring oil per pound of chocolate (a 1 oz. bottle will flavor up to 25 pounds of chocolate).
